Smart content is empty

DAZ crshed on me and when I restarted it the Smart Content had no, well, content. I can look at the Products if I turn off "Filter by Context" but nothing populates the bit on the left at all.

I've looked for fixes for this but nothing I've tried has had any effect.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have your products in the Content Library tab?

Do you have a back up of the database (in your App Settings folder)?

I do! But when I click on them they don't helpfully sort themselves into folders.

I do not. That I know of.

I just followed this advice -- https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207812393?input_string=smart+content+panel+is+empty -- and now I'm restarting to see if that helps.

Okay yeah It did nothing at all.

I also tried reimporting metadata and that did nothing.

buy turbo content, and categorize everything yourself and set compatibilities in the db content manager it will filter everything depend on what is selected in the scene

This does sound like a loss of categories. You could try enabling Show Hidden Vendor Categorisation in the Content tab of Preferences (Edit menu for Windows, Daz Studio menu for Mac).

I appreciate the suggestion but I'm on a Mac and Turbo is windows only
