Borked...Problem (SOLVED)

Guys,

I'm not sure how to fix this...or WHAT I did! :(

On Sunday, my Studio (4.6) was working fine in one of my work sessions, but when I booted up later and restarted Studio, the Content Library area was blank...
...As in NOTHING up where the 'categories' usually are, and the lower 'icon' section was blank as well.

If I do a find for something...say, 'XinXin' or 'Aiko 3', the icons come up, though...so the...databases(?)...are there...
It

Did I DO something wrong/accidentally throw something...(a...sub-program or such)... out that would CAUSE this?

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling Studio, but no dice...doing the SAME thing.
(I'm on a Mac, BTW.)

Thoughts? Where do I check in the interface, or the Desktop to rectify this?
:confuzzled:

As ALWAYS, thanks, guys... :(

Greg

Sounds like the Content Management Service isn't running, run Activity Monitor and check that the Daz Content Management Service is running (See Screen Shot). If it is kill the service (make sure DAZ 3D isn't running), then goto

    Aplications/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4 64bit/cms/utilities

and run 'Start DAZ Content Management Service', now start DAZ 3D

    Hope this helps

    Well...
Tried it...The CMS folder wasn't installed when I tried installing the older Studio (and then 4.6 Pro on top of it to update it).

Thankfully, I copied a few things over BEFORE I tried reloading everything, and the CMS folder was one of them.
Copied that back onto the Studio folder in Applications.
I tried Starting CMS...that flashed up on the Activity Monitor for a second before disappearing.

    Restarted 4.6 Pro.
    Nuttin'... :(

Tried double-clicking/launching the CMS Server app...nothing there.

I opened 4.6...the stuff shows up now in the smart Content folder in Categories,

But as far as the 'Content' tab:
    Still blank as a whitewashed wall... 0_o;;;
(I've got a checkmark top section, but NOT what USED to be there...)

    ......

I guess I just have to work from the 'Smart Content' pane now... >:(
(Maybe this is an update with 4.6 and I'm overthinking this? Has this happened to anyone else?)

Thats a New one, never seen the Content Library TAB fail it does not USE CMS or the Database. I'll flag this thread for our MAC person to look at.

Click on the little triangle between the file format checkboxes and the empty section, the middle part of the pane has been closed.

Simply click to edit your top post and then edit the thread title to say {Solved} after it.
