Reine! Crocodile Liu does it again!

​Wow, Reine, her hair, and kimono are absolutely stunning! Picked it all up immediately and can't wait to get started on the anime I'm doing next year as Reine was the missing piece for the villain! I think all of the characters in my film are Crocodile Liu's at this point, or have parts dialed in, they're so great. 

I immediately did a test render and everything works perfectly. Lit with three emissive planes and just tweaked the contrast in Photoshop. She got rid of that pesky Kitsune terrorizing the town. I love how with the hair you have the option of the bun or ponytail, and can control the colors seperately, and the kimono has different textures included. 

I'm looking forward to seeing renders of Reine from everyone else and hope you post them here!

    Oh my very lovely. I picked them both up as well. I also love the promos. I wonder if there is a premade pose where the character is taking the scabbard off of the katana.

    crocodile liu's creations are pretty much always knockouts.  amazing work. 

    how does the kimono handle low/wide martial arts type stances?  does it follow that kind of extreme movemeent well enogh to wind up in a good postion for dForcing? 

    i'm hoping it does.  crocodile's hanfu outfit handles those kinds of poses really well.

    Hi J! The kimono in the render I did above was from a very low stance from the chosen one poses from Mei Lin 8. Her legs were very far apart and bent and the dforce draped perfectly. I can do some more test renders later tonight with different poses and post them here for you to see if you'd like! And yeah, Alliekatblue, I would love to have that pose as well pulling on the katana.

    I picked up the character as I liked the backstory and the kimono; not bothered about the hair as I use strand-based ones now. I don't find the other just believeable enough, although they can look good.Quite simply, they take more effort.

    I'd passed on Ichigo as I though another teen and another hair not interested in, but there is a nice story; two sisters.

    Does anyone know where else to find Crocodile Liu's work I am trying to find an outfif(s) that were used in Promo and Daz says they cannot help it could be sold somewhere else
