what are the 'resource files' and how do i handle them?

I just noticed many of the products I downloaded had an additional tab on the product page that says 'resource files'.

do I download and install them myself?

will DIM download and install them?

how do i deal with them?

    They are texture templates (UV Maps) for those who wish to make their own add on textures for the products in question.

    They don't need to be installed in the same way as the products do, merely run the installer to a blank folder called templates or some such thing that you will recognise

    They are in the process of transferring these form the store pages to your Product library, so for newer products you will find them there to manually download.

    AFAIK DIM is not needed to get these files, certainly the ones which are still on the store pages will need to be downloaded from there.
