Install Manager not working?

I purchased a couple products yesterday and installed them as I usually do with DAZ Install Manager. 

Today, I purchased two additional products but I cannot install them. Nothing is appearing in the DAZ Install Manager "Ready to Download" tab. It just shows 0.

I tried three times with no luck, with two separate product purchases.

Is there a technical issue today with product downloads?

    I have the same issue - bought a bunch of stuff using my gift card and if I click the 'Download and Install' button they appear in DIM but if I clear the filter none of the items show up.

    I've resorted to just downloading them from the ReadMe pages and dropping them manually into the Downloads folder.

    I'm not really sure how to do that, so I guess I will just wait until they fix the issue. Glad to know it's not just me having a problem. smiley

    i want to keep some clear differenc of the folders by daz downloads and manually installed stuff of other pages with daz stuff

     

    But I got an other problem to. Since som days I see the Dany for Teen raven 8 in my to update list. but is impossible to update this one.

    Happening to me too, sort of.

    I can see the stuff I just bought in DAZ Install Manager, but download always fails. It worked fine for a product update or the Poser version of something I bought a while ago but hadn't downloaded yet.

    I can download things manually on the website.

    It's weird.

    I wish I could even see the new products I have purchased in the Install Manager. It just says zero (0) products Ready to Download.

    I'm going to wait until it gets fixed by DAZ. But a bit disappointed I can't try the new products I purchased today.

    Can't you see them if you first open DIM and then click "Download this entire order" on the website?

    Asking 'cause the filter field is empty in your screenshot.

    It usually works better that way (at least on my end).

In the meantime you can access the files from the Product Library page of your account, then place the zips in the folder for the package Archive when you go to the Downloads tab of Install Manager settings (the gear icon at top-right) - when you do that they should appear in the Ready To Install tab.

  • Having a similar issue where some recent items not appearing in the install manager at all, even with all filters checked. Looks like I'm stuck with manual installs for the moment.

    We have reported this to Daz.     Thank you for the advice to install manually (and how to do that), at least that seems to be working.

    I think that DAZ fixed the issue because my products now appear in Install Manager. 

    I'm ready to break out the champagne!!! smiley

  • I had this problem earlier today. I kept losing my Internet connection to DAZ. But, I sorted my purchases small to big and installed a few tiny ones. That worked. When I got to the bigger ones, I just kept logging back in and restarting DIM. Finally, things sped up again and installed normally. Maybe a bunch of us users just swamped DAZ temporarily :(

    I never could get any discounts on the $2.99 sale, so I just bought more of the 70% off and was very anxious to get them purchased and downloaded. It worked! So I'm happy :D
