Multiple UV Sets

Is it possible to export FBX with more than one UV channel? I had alternative UV for a character in the drop-down but I'd like both UV sets to be available in Maya, etc. so I can make some interesting blend materials. At the moment I'm having to export two complete fbx files, one with UV0 and the other with UV1 and then copy attributes over in Maya. If I can get rid of this step in my FBX pipeline it would be a time saver.
