    Split into its own thread as it was not related to the original thread.

    The file is there, it is part of the base DS instalaltion. Most likely the issue is that you don't have the needed version of the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Libraries - in which case the simplest way to add them is to install the DS Public Build, which has had them added to its footprint https://www.daz3d.com/daz-studio-beta - that will make the needed files available to both versions of DS.
