XTransfer Crashes!!!

Hi Guys, has anyone got XTransfer to convert G3 to G8 figures? 
Mine crashes everytime I use it. Now I can't even add a Genesis 8 female figure onto the scene. 

I don't want to uninstall and reinstall the whole program again so has anybody had this problem?
