Impossible to re-open a .duf saved file

Hello,

I am a very beginner in this app and have two big problems to solve:

1. I can open Daz Studio, create a character, save it in .duf file, and also render it, BUT I an re-open it. Nothing is saved. I have the 4.12.0.86 PRO editon (64-bit), NVIDIA Iray. Maybe I need to download a full version (but can t I see only free version on the website) or some plugins?

2. Is it possible to download some hair versions (like basic long hair) for free?

What did you do to save - File>Save, or did you use one of the options in File>Save As? Assuming you have entered the serial number what you have is the full version, and even if it wasn't you would be able to save and reload so I don't think that is the problem.

There are a couple of hair models included with DS, I'm not sure how many other freebies there are around but you could check the Freebies forum here.
