New computer issue

Can't access forums on my new computer... They're grayed out. Writing this on my phone. I think I posted the question once before but now can't find it on this little phone. Any ideas about why I can't see the forums? Possibly something that just needs to be toggled?

Thanks - I'm on Google chrome now and it works fine.  Sorry I didn't think of that myself.  I've had trouble before with those MS browsers....
