Help - Lines on Legs and Arms Skin in Renders

Hello, with this one character only (and I work with many) - Neve, purchased on DAZ3D - my renders show lines on the legs (see in attachment mid thigh), and arms (see in attachment right armpit to shoulder). All maps for the character are being used, and I've used all three translucency settings provided within the character product, yet this keeps appearing. Can anyone help me fix this? Thanks, Brian

One possibility is Spectral Rendering. Check if it's on (under render settings). If it's on... turn it off.

    Hi there!
I did do a quick check with Neve and if I have spectral turned on I get the lines across the arms/legs, turning it off corrects it for me but if you are still getting it then here are a couple other things you can check:
      1. Did you adjust any of the material/surface settings on the character either manually or with another product?
      2. On the Advanced Tab of the Render Settings Pane make sure you have the Min/Max Texture Compression Threshold at the top of the pane set to 512 for Min and 4096 or 8192 for Max this allows more detailing in the textures to show on render and can also usually correct the line you are seeing across the arms/legs. DS Defaults the Max to 1024 so you have to check after updating as sometimes it gets reset.
      3. Have you tried changing out your lighting to see if that is causing the issue?

    Thanks a lot !

I had the exact same problem !

How do you find this kind of things ?

By trial and error, or is there somewhere hidden a good user manual for DazStudio ?
