How do I make the model in my render get a more of a wet/waxy/oily skin?
For skins I have:
IIV3
Lily Rose
Beautiful Monsters: LucreZia VFour Poser and DS
For rendering I have:
3Delight
Reality 2

I'm not an expert in this area, however I would suggest experimenting with different values of the "Reflection Strength" parameter in the Surfaces(Color) pane, as a wet surface would have more reflection.
I would go with the Specular settings first. Increase the Glossiness, use a brighter Specular Color and for 3Delight also increase Specular Strength.
looking forward to seeing some oiled up figures :)
Waxy tends to come with high Sub Surface Scattering settings. The AoA SSS shader is most likely to get you that effect easiest.
Use subsurface scattering with indirect lighting properly, and you get a waxy look. There's a script that makes this easier in Poser. Still learning how to make Daz do it's thing, myself.
