So I'm just currently testing out Daz messing about and that, I wanted to create a simple animation of a character walking. at least 4 cycles longer than the 1 cycle walk animation. Everything worked fine the character would walk the full length. Until I increased the size of the model, once the end of the cycle animation was complete the next would go back to the start (reset) instead of walking continuously like when the model was normal size. What's the reason for this? Do I need to buy something like aniMate 2 or is it something else. I've seen others using Daz, animate with characters of different scales (unless they're not using the existing animations.)

So testing around again with Daz and created a simple walk animation using the existing walk animation (1 cycle) using 4 in total. Everything worked fine, the first animation would end and the character would continue walking on as the next animation cycle played. Decided to have some fun and increase the size of the character, here's when the issues started. Once the animation ended the character would reset back to the starting position with the start of the new animation (walk cycle) instead of continuing to walk on. So the whole animation would be small walk looping 3 more times instead of one continuous walk when the character hadn't been scaled up.
Is this normal? Is there something I have to do to get it to work with the scaled up character? Do I need to buy aniMate 2 or some other add-on?
On a side I thought I made a discussion of this earlier (on new users I think) but can't find it now, is there a way of seeing posts I've made? I most likely forgot to post the original
Merged two similar discussions. Please let us know if you want to keep the thread in New Users or if you want it moved to another of the forums.
Move it to Technical Help please, apologies for the double post (and found how to check my posts, so one mystery solved)
