Gen. X trouble with Genesis 3.

I'm having an issue where Genesis 3 does not work with genex. It tells me an error. ERROR LOADING TARGET FIGURE All I can do is push OK and it closes. I have been trying to figure this out for a minute and I can't. I even reinstalled windows to see already happen. Its new library but the the same problem still exists. It works Fine with every other Genesis in my library. But Genesis 3 female will not work. That's the only one that doesn't work. Even Genesis 3 male Works just fine. It's only Genesis 3 Female that does this
