Face transfer stretches neck
Just tried used the face transfer. The face seems to work fairly well but the process stretches the figure's neck a lot, like it thinks I'm trying for a giraffe. I don't see a way to control that. There is a dial for neck length, but that still leaves the neck way too long. As you see in the picture, it seems to be stretching up from the shoulders, since the clothing straps were sitting on the shoulders correctly before the transfer. Can anyone tell me how to fix or prevent this?

Giraffe neck syndrome! Yes, that's a problem with Face Transfer. It usually happens when the person in the source photo has long, shoulder length hair, so the sides of their face is obscured. Since Face Transfer uses some kind of automatic face detection algorithm, not much can be done about it. The best thing you can do is find another photo of the same person with their hair pulled back.
Or, if you really like the photo, you could try to draw in your own fake neckline in Photoshop. I haven't tried that yet, but it would require a lot of trial and error.
Get the morphs and choose neck in the shaping tab and shorten it!
I've got an perfect image, short hair, white background, couldn't be better and it's like it ads a neck on top of the neck. I went into photoshop and removed the neck all together and is still does the same thing. Shortening the neck will not fix it because it only shortens the "new" neck leaving it about 1.5x the size it should be.
