I assume you mean pubic hair. That is, if present, likely to be painted on the base maps - unless it's part of te anatomical element model, in which case you may need to check the read me or ask the maker.

Go to the Surfaces tab and find surface for that figure. Choose Torso and click brows. In the folder you open
the Torso in Photoshop. Use the Spot healing brush to remove the area. The brush will leave the background as it is.
then copy the image and place it in a seperate folder on your computer. And whith torso selected go get it and load it.
