This hasn't worked for me as long as I can remember. It selectively works once or twice if I am lucky out of a 7 day (week) period. Even today, it says * Each offer usable once per day. New Release must be priced over $1. Items must be in cart simultaneously for discount to apply.
It doesn't work. Care to explain?

The explanation seems to be that they cannot pin down the problem so can't fix it
