Purchase the following new product yesterday ... unfortunately none of the poses work.

Here is the log file created when you try to apply a pose to the figure:

Do I inform DAZ support, or is it something I'm doing wrong?

Did you parent G8 to the skateboard? (see the last promo)
OK. Parented the skateboard to the figure.
This got rid of the error, but then the pose only moves the skateboard, not the figure.
Never had so much problem with a product before.
The other way around. Parent G8 to the skateboard. Yeah, it sounds funny...
OH. My bad!
Thanks!!!
Can't wait to use this skateboard and all the poses. It's really rad!
Urgghhh! Spoke to soon.
Parented the figure to the skateboard and got same result.
It doesn't matter if I select the figure, or the skateboard, and then apply the pose. All it does is move the skateboard.
Sorry, I don't have that product so I can't compare notes, but that's how the hierarchical poses are supposed to work.
Thank you! I appreciate your feedback on this.
If I don't receive any other suggested solutions for this then I guess I will put in a support request.
I really need this for a project I have planned.
Wait a sec. Is G8 parented or fit to the board? Might make a difference.
Mystery solved! Thank you!
I had parented the figure to "Skate 01" the first time.
When I parented the figure instead to "Board" it worked!
Not exactly sure what Skate 01 is because I don't recognize the symbol next to it.
Can't thank you enough for the suggestions.![smiley smiley](https://www.daz3d.com/forums/plugins/ckeditor/js/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/regular_smile.png)
That's the symbol for figure (it has bones and rigging so parts can move), as opposed to a prop, which does not (but it might have morphs).
