Installed to D:, DAZ says files missing

My C: drive is an SSD, so in order to keep the drive from filling up too quickly, I install everything on my D: drive.

I used the Install Manager to download and install DAZ Studio 4.6 Pro, as well as the other things I've purchased. When I load DAZ 3D, I see my purchased actors, props, etc in the library area, but when I try to load an actor, I get a "Missing Files" window with a list of files that DAZ 3D can't find.

I'm guessing there's probably a setting somewhere within DAZ 3D that I need to modify so that it sees the installed files, but I'm not sure where this setting is. Does anyone have any ideas?

Can you post these 2 screenshots: .
    1) In DS, Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager, expand the "DAZ Studio Formats" and "Poser Formats"
    2) In DIM, on Ready to Install tab check the "Show Details" box in the lower right

You're using DIM to install the content as well as the D|S program? Are you sure you've set DIM to install to your drive D: instead of the default? There's a little "gear" icon up in the corner, click on it and you have options to select where programs are installed, and where content is installed. There's also a location setting for where your downloaded installers are stored (unless you choose not to keep them after installing) — if you don't change this, then the installers will quickly fill up space on your drive C: without you noticing.

Edit menu, Preferences, Content Library, and click on the Content Directory Manager button at the bottom.

Two things to note: you must set your D: content location as both D|S and Poser format, and more importantly, DIM and D|S do not talk to each other. This is vitally important when you change the default content location: changing the DIM setting doesn't change the D|S setting, and vice versa, you must manually check the settings in both programs.

Ah, that was it. The Content Directory Manager was still pointing to my C: drive. Got them pointed in the right direction now. Thanks!

Good, I use my D Drive so was hoping that was the only issue you had. Works fine for me and now You too. %-P
