[Hexagon] Making meshes "solid" to avoid clipping?

Is there a way to make meshes in Hexagon "solid"?
Lets say i want to slimfit some clothing on a character, so I load the character and clothing piece into Hexagon and then make the meshes of the character "solid", to avoid clipping from the clothing (while deforming) into the character.
If not possible in Hexagon, how about Blender?

Are you meaning some knd of collision detection?
Yes, that would be nice.
I allready read that I cant drag a mesh over another mesh and make it "autofit" or physically react.
But i am hoping for a more simple solution, like (in my example with the character and clothing piece) blocking the coordinates of the character-mesh for the clothing-mesh, so that i can manipulate the clothing without worrying that it clips into the mesh of the character.
