I am using the 3Delight renderer. I need to set a limit on the use of the computing power of my PC when rendering occurs, but I could not find any settings that affect this. Is it possible?

The method depends slightly n which version of Windows you are using (I believe it's also doable on the Mac, but have no idea of the emthod). Assuming this is Windows 10 and that Daz Studio is running - it has to be set each time - open task Manager (right-click on the Task Bar), if it shows More Details at bottom-left click that (if it shows fewer Details that's already set), find the entry for DAZ Studio, right-click and select Go To details - you should now be in a list wth a lot more columns, and Daz Studio should be highlghted. Right-click on Daz Studio and select et Affinity, then uncheck the cores you don't want it to use.
Yeah, that works for me too. Thanks a lot.
No, I still use Windows 7)
I can't recall the layout of te Windows 7 Task Manager - the basic right-click>Set Affinity is still the same, but it might be in the Processes tab
Yes, the Affinity property is located on the processes tab, like this
