UberEnvironment2 missing from my daz

Good day all, I have tried searching the web for a solution to try and get the uber lighting back. This is nowhere available on my Daz, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the starter essentials to no success.

using mac mavericks
Daz 4.6

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    check that you loaded the default lights
