Two fold - Downloading DIM, then getting it to work

When I attempt to download DIM, it tells me it needs an application to process the link which is clearly visible. However, I'm not sure what program is needed. Next, when I did manage to get DIM installed, it did nothing for me. I tried numerous times to click on the link to download the studio, etc. Again, nothing happened for me. I'm using a laptop computer running windows 10 64 bit system. I do want to learn about this program, but can't unless these issues can be resolved. Is there anyone out their who can walk me through all this so I can get started using the program? Cheers! Randy

Have you started DIM and enterd yur account details? It should then show a list of things available fo downlod (DS and its base content mainly) in the ready To Download tab, which you can then select and click Process Queue or yu can do it one-by-one clicking the button with the file size. It does sound as if you browser may not have the correct (or any) application set for handling the Daz download links, though DIM itself is a standard downloadable installer.
