DIM putting wrong product

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I noticed that DIM has a product of "Morphing Rocks and Formations DS", yet the description (the (i) icon links to http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/35985/start . I noticed this when I downloaded some items this morning and this one failed and later realized by going to the Daz shop that I have not even purchased this product.

    Mine doesn't do that. Must have something to do with the failed download, which seems to have happened a lot more lately.

    Weird thing is I have not purchase that item, but it is listed in the DIM for me to install.

    Sounds like some signals are crossed somewhere. There have been reports of download fialures where there was a file size mismatch. Maybe the system is trying to use the wrong files, or something. I remember once, a long time ago, I briefly had some other account's products show up in my DIM download list. A DIM restart took care of it later, but I don't know how long it was like that.

    I'm getting the same thing.

    I bought the Morphing Rocks and Formations, but not the i13 pose set.

    Just checked and it looks as though the Morphing Rocks and Formations product has been removed from the store.

    I'm getting it twice now, one for DS and another for Ps, but at least the info is linking to the right place. Should I just download it?

    Yeah, I got both the PS and Studio versions in my DIM aswell. I went ahead and installed them both, but I've not had a chance to play with them yet. So I don't know what's changed.

    Okay, now I understand the problem. There was indeed an update to the Morphing Rocks and Formations product (metadata only), but it was somehow tied to the wrong Product ID, If you did not have the product with the erroneous number (i13 Hands Touching Face...), Morphing Rocks and Formations showed up as a new product, otherwise it would be as an update, but only for the first part, since the other product only has the one part. Once it was corrected at the server end, it showed up as an update to both parts, DS and Ps.
