Yes, chohole, I'm using DIM. There were some problems relating to Download Failed from time to time. But the past 24 hours is a big disaster. Okay. I should report someone overthere.
Thank you mjc. I've found that it's a bug of DIM. DAZ just gave me a refund and I uninstall the product. But it still remains in the 'to-download' list. I guess that is the reason why it prevent DIM to download new items.
Well that would certain explain the problem. I've not found something I returned remaining in my Ready to Download tab, but I suppose that can happen.
You could open a Support Ticket about it so they can check into that issue.
You can also, meanwhile, select the item, right-click on it, and then select Hide Package(s). That will hide it from view so you don't always see it until such time as they get that issue fixed in the next DIM update.

I am finding no problems, and I live in an area which has a very bad broadband connection compared to most.
Are you using DIM or downloading manually?
Just downloaded the first half of my 2009 purchases in a block.

Try a manual download of something...
If that succeeds...check your firewall/AV to see if it is blocking the DIM.
Also check to make sure there is adequate free space in the download location.

It normally take a while before it gets removed. The system needs to refresh for it to go through. How long ago did you get the refund dungtrin?
