Questions about dForce

Where can I find a tutorial on how to use dForce? I purchased "SY dForce Capes for Genesis 8"  and I can't figure out how to get the cape to lay against the body -- it just hangs vertically. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I don#t think there is an official tutorial.

    But what are you doing? Have you run the simulation (under Simulation Settings)

    No, this is my first attempt at using dForce and I'm trying to have the cape rest normally against the body with the character standing in a normal upright position. So, you say run simulation under Simulation Settings. Will give that a try. Thank you.

    If the clothing is preparred for dForce, which in this case they are, you can just hit the 'Simulate' button.

    Personally I prefer to change the simulation to Animated (Use time line play range) instead of Current Frame, and then set the wanted pose along the timeline, e.g. frame 15. That gives better control of how the simulation runs.

    There are also a number of tutorials and videos on youtube with dForce.

    This is the most comprehensive I found but there are also some smaller ones as well.
