Hexagon Issues

Hello everyone!
This may not be in the right place but I couldn't post in the Hexagon help topic.
Does anyone have this issue....
When I work in Hexagon, from Daz or just by opening Hex, I can work for a bit then the program shuts down with no warning. Just shut down with no error message or anything.
Anyone know whats going on with this? I really started learning Hex pretty well and got comfortable with it so I would like to keep using it if possible.

Also if I'm working in Daz and I send a piece to Hex for some mod work then back to Daz, I cant send another item to Hex unless I restart Daz. Any suggestions for this problem?
What operating system and securty software are you using? Which version of Hexagon (number and bit-architecture)?
OS is Windoews 10 64bit. Hexagon 2.5 and I"m not sure what bit-architecture is/means
I deleted and reinstalled but I get the same outcome.
Bit architecture means 32/64 bit. You should be able to get the full version number for Hexagon from Help>About Hexagon...
The install manager says its both 32 and 64 but I'm sure it installs 64 for my system being 64. should i do a manual install?
Also the version number is 2.5.2.109
The bit architecture, and the version, are in the application title bar.
Its 32bit on my pc I cant find a hex 64bit.
all I see is the version number.
There's currently a 2.5.2.137 Public Beta which has a 64 bit version - I think that will be in DIM. Try sintalling that and see if it helps.

Seems to be working so far! Thank you, I"ll give update tomorrow or sooner if it fails.
Still working its just a touch slower though but still works!
