Daz3 and DUF file

So how can I open this?

Take the folders from the zip and merg them into the content directory you want to use - e.g. C:/Users/YOU/Documents/Daz 3D/Studio/My Library/

The problem is I installed to D eveyrthing

That's fine -- inside your content folder there will be folders like Data, People, Runtime, etc.  Merge the folders from the zip with the corresponding folders in your content folder  You can then find the outfit in your Content Library pane in DS at "Daz Studio Formats\People\Genesis 3 Female\Clothing\SaintsGringo\Cindy Aurum Outfit"
