Genesis 8 poses on Street Rat?

Is there any way to use Genesis 8 or Genesis 3 poses on Street Rat (Genesis)?

I have a huge collection of Genesis 8 poses and many Genesis 3 poses. I'd like to purchase the Street Rat. But I don't want to buy a slew of Genesis poses just for this one character. 

Any advice would be really helpful. Thanks!

I have a lot poses for a lot gens... and the most poses work for all stuff.

The result of a the clicked G8 pose on a Troll + a G1 person.

it seems like G1 is really really different with poses....

Thanks! At least it's a starting point for the pose, then you can move things manually to try and mimick the G8 pose. 

I know there are a lot of pose converters for turning G1, 2, 3 into G8. But I'm kind of going in the opposite direction.

I would use this and morph it a bit to what you want, it have good stuff and Gen3 = G3/8 will work fine.

But its not on sale and indeed the ratman for 7$ is cheap xD

But do you need the rat that much? :D I checked also all other stores... its the only rat figure^^.... unless you want a normal rat :)

But this skinchanger werwolf have a lot morph options :)

So you can maybe texture the Tail pinky.

I'm working with a collaborator, and they want a rat. So that's why I am thinking about purchasing the Street Rat.

I already own Werwulf for Genesis 8 Male. He's really cool too.

just found this, long tail, and with a bit morphing maybe you can make him look more like a rat :D and based on G8M!

Thank you! I've seen that character and I really like him a lot. Nice fur and teeth.

And thanks for the ideas about morphing. It would definitely help to start with a G8 figure.

G1, G2 and G3 poses work pretty interchangeably. G8 changed the base pose and therefore G8 poses don't work out of the box for earlier figures and vice versa. There are products that convery G8 poses to G3. From there G1 should most be minor tweaks.

all the earlier M4, V4, M3, V3 etc ones work too except the feet bend up

I thought of another possible solution ... Is it possible to dial up the Street Rat shape (Genesis) on a Genesis 8 figure, so that I can use the Genesis 8 poses?

I have adjusted the shape dials between G8 characters often, but I have never tried using the dials for G3 or earlier on a G8 figure, and don't know if that's possible.

So I thought I would ask before purchasing the Street Rat.

keep in mind that your collaborator needs to have the same products installed as you do to work with any of the scenes you collaborate on, you can't share any of the models
