Is it ok to sell Renders if they contain others models?

Im a visual artist and I am wanting to include renders in my packages for other artists needing referance pictures.

What I need to know is, if its ok to sell a render that has a character that I have perchased such as Victoria or Tess or does it have to be a character that I morphed/created?

Im wanting to know what is ok before I continue.

Standard License Agreement vs. Interactive License: The Standard License Agreement for content purchased on the Daz 3D website allows you to do some really neat stuff. A few of those things are: 1- Render out images 2- Render out videos 3- Render out an HDRI or Virtual Reality scene Any of these you render out are completely owned by you. You can use them, sell them, modify them, pretty much whatever you want. This is allowed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) because what you are delivering to the end consumer is not the actual 3D content, but a render of it. ------ I took that directly from Daz's policy about the interactive license but I think it means you are good to go if it's 2D.

True for anything purchased at DAZ. However, some (but not all) products at other sites such as ShareCG do not permit commercial use. So, be sure to read the terms of use for those products.

Wow thats great! and would you happen to know if I took the Genesis 8 skin texture and edited (makeup/freckles) would that be alright to sell? Or do I have to make my own?

Unless those textures are explicitly sold as merchant resources then you're not allowed to create and release (even as a freebie) another product from them.

It would be ok to use modified textures in renders or animations you sell though.
