Is anybody out there?

Sorry if this isn't the place for this, but I feel like I'm screaming against a brick wall here. My DAZ 4.12 isn't loading anything into the work space, after being installed in a new PC. Files 'don't exist' (even though they patently do). I've got an open Helpdesk and 8 days later (closer to 9 since I'm in the UK) I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. I totally understand that no one was working on New Years Day (except me, apparently) and I did get an autoreply message apologising about delays due to high ticket numbers, but what I can't accept is why it is taking so flaming long for anyone to actually contact me.
Is anyone else out there having this problem? If so, do you know the reason why?

Some more details of the issue might help people to offer suggestions. Are you getting a literally blank workspace, a lack of content in soem or all of the content panes, errors on trying to load content, or simply a failure to load correctly - and if that, is the scene empty or do you get a stack of boxes? How is your content installed?
@Kip
This is often due to a path mismatch between the install path within Daz Install Manager and the Content Directory Manager path within Studio. As Richard said, it's only a guess since you haven't provided any information.
"Installed on a new PC" seems to suggest a path mismatch since the default paths may not match the actual location of your content.
Thanks people - yes, short answer is that Microsoft OneDrive hijacked my installation.
I thought I was installing all of the DAZ files to my C: drive (for fast rendering) but ... it turns out that what I ended up with is:
DAZ Studio Formats
C:/Users/karen/OneDrive/Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library
C:/Users/Public/Documents/My DAZ 3D Library
What I need to know, ideally before I do anything stupid or avoidable, is:
a) Should I uninstall everything using Install Manager and then reinstall (took hours, but will do it if that's the best way)
b) Is there a smarter or a more direct way to fix this?
I've already deleted all of the files that ended up on OneDrive as there were over 300GB of data and only 5GB of default storage. After finally managing to shut down the screaming error messages long enough to get into the folder, the only way out was to delete everything on there, then stop the wretched thing synching them back again.
I've been playing around with DAZ for years, but I'm an amateur with this side of things. It isn't something I know how to tackle and I'm worried about making a bad situation worse.
I think what I'm really burned about is that no one from the Technical Support has even bothered to contact me - despite the Help ticket being open for coming up to 9 days now. If they've got a crisis on, then the least they could do is say so, not leave me out here hanging without a whisper. Anyway... I digress.
Apologies, but it's coming up to 22:00 hours UK time, it's been a long day and my brain is fried, so I'm going for some sleep - but if you feel able to make any suggestions about how to resolve this, I'd be very grateful.

The easiest way would probably be to change where your content is installed.
How do you install your content, with Connect, DIM or manually?
You can click on Content Library tab, then Content Directory Manager in the tiny menu (see example attached). If your files are in those path(s), then they should load.
Personally, I'd just copy everything from OneDrive to a local drive and change the path in Content Directory Manager (much faster than re-downloading it all from Daz). This is only becuase I'm not a fan of OneDrive.
If the files are there and you're still getting errors, do you have a screen shot of the errors? Perhaps an excerpt from the Help > Log File?
Seems like you found the proverbial crack to slip through. From the sound of it, the products were being installed into the wrong folder, which would have been fairly easy to correct, but since you have deleted the files from OneDrive, they are gone. Even if they are still in the Recycle bin, restoring them might be incomplete, and you would be hard pressed to know for sure. If it was the same day, maybe the could have been an option, but 300 GB would be too big for the Recycle bin, I think.
So, are we talking all of your content? Are you using DIM exclusively, or DAZ Connect? You don't mention Connect, so I will assume No. In that case you will need to check your DIM settings to see where it wants to install the content (Settings -> Installation -> Content Path Shortcuts). If the selected shortcut is pointing to the OneDrive folder, it needs to be changed. If the drop-down list has the correct path as one of the choices, go ahead and select that one. If it is not listed, add it by clicking the "+" sign at the bottom left corner and navigating to the correct folder by once again clicking on the ellipsis (...) to the right of the Path box. You can enter a label if you want a friendly name for it.
I won't get too far ahead, but the idea is to find at what point the installations started going to the wrong place and re-install from then on.
