Lip sync for gen 8?

Hello! I remember a great lip sync product for earlier genesis's, and was hoping someone could point me to a lip sync product for gen 8? Using audio files? Or possibly a method to achieve it pretty well? Or do i just have to bite the bullet and keyframe it Thank you
