10% off $50 or more GC promotion: still valid or is something broken ? (FIXED)

I have seen on the front page that we can buy $50 (or more) GCs with 10% off reduction. I have tried to add such a GC to my cart but the reduction does not apply.
Is the promotion still valid or is something "broken"?

I would like an answer to that too. For the first time since I started here (so many years back ;-) ) I wanted to jump in on an offer like this so asked my husband to hurry and put $50 on my PayPal account.... and it didn't work.:down:

You will have to be a wee bit patient, I don't expect an answer back for a while, is still early-ish hours of the morning in DAZ 3D land
Luckily patient is my middle name..... LOL not really. I noticed it was a bit early for DAZ but didn't know if this was a new offer. I didn't see it before but then again, I overlook sometimes things that are placed in that banner on top of the pages so it could well be there already a few days.
Anyway, I have the money on my PP account so I'll wait patiently to spend it. ;-)

BTW, is eagerly a word that means something opposite of patient? I know the English language rather well but there are expressions I never use and then I don't know if it's a good expression for what I'm trying to say. Just curious.

Bought my GC but the code isn't being sent to me so I can buy what I want. How long should it take?
I am glad that you have discovered that this is now working again.
Not sure on how long it takes to get the codes out to you though, sorry.
I hope it's today. I don't want to miss the fastgrab and scifi sale, which is why I bought the GC.
You should receive it immediately (I have received mine) but if you do not receive it I believe that you will have to ask the sales department just in case the mail would not have gone through. It might come to you later but I am not sure of that because I always get two e-mails at the same time when I order a GC: the DAZ order confirmation mail and the mail with the GC code.
I hope that it will arrive soon and or that you will get it very soon through the sales department.

Hmm, typically I receive them instantly after the purchase. You should get an email and the subject line of the email starts with "You've been sent a gift from ...". Perhaps stuck in some spam filter?
It took half an hour to receive the order confirmation and still no second email with the code.
I even looked in spam ... No such luck.
