Resource Error

Stopped using DAZ for a month and came back and it was just blank. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but the same thing happens. I also somtimes get this Resource Error saying "A valid PostgreSQL CMS connection could not be established. Several DAZ Studip features that require a valid PostfreSQL CMS connection, such as context aware content views and loadign content installed using the Daz Connect service, will not be avilable. Check your network, anti-virus, and firewall settings for contflicts". Not sure what to do. Any help will be appreciated!

On the UI, Window>Workspace>Select Layout. On PostgreSQL - is PostgreSQL actually installed? If it is, and/or if you continue to have issues with the UI, I would check th folder permissions - especially if you have, in the past, used the Run As Administrator command on DS or DM (which is not a suggestion to try doing so now).
