IVAN 7 HD Add-on

Hello everybody. Months ago I bought Ivan7 and the HD add-on. Now I have tried to reinstall him with his HD and while loading the HD it gives me an error (see the log here below). I can't find a solution. Any suggestion? Thanks!

That kind of error can only occur if the file has been damaged, either in the archive or on disc. Test the archive if you have a utility like 7-Zip or WinRAR. Or just try installing from a fresh download.
Thank you for your reply. I have installed by using the DAZ connect, and afaik it should have downloaded directly from the DAZ server. Am I right? Thanks.

I just manually downloaded the IVAN HD add-on zip file, found the duf file and replaced the one that was in the connect folder. Thanks!
Something is wrong somewhere with the Connect version. I don't use Connect, but everything should be the same. Maybe a help ticket would be needed to clarify. Anyone else have the same problem?
