Daz Studio Store Problem

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

When I load up DAZ Studio 4.12 Pro and I look into the store tab in the bottom left corner of the interface, nothing appears inside. I have tried right clicking and reloading the store several times. I tried to disconnect and reconnect and nothing so far has worked. Any help? I'm sorry if it's an obvious solution and I'm just missing something.
