Importing Daz characters in Maya

Hi guys, I read a lot of topics based on my research about my issue, but none of them did help me. I want to Import a DAZ genesis 8 male with clothes,hair,(props like belt) and some morphs into Maya or other 3D softwares to do the facial mocap on it and bring back to daz for animating and rendering ! I don't know if my process is true or not. I have several problems, such as huge scale of mesh in maya ( how can I reduce the mesh scale in .fbx format?) and the eyes are white and alsowhat is the best way for polygon reduction without losing quality, I tried Decimator but didn't like it.

I need help and really appreciated.
