Reality 4 does not appear in Plugins or Render Tab

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hey Guys,

I've bougt Reality 4 but i am not able to use it.

iMac Pro 2017
3 GHz 10-Core Intel Xeon W
64 GB 2666 MHz DDR4
Radeon Pro Vega 64X 16 GB

Reality 4.3
DAZ 3D 4.11 Pro 

I tried the the tips of the Productpage but nothing workt. The Plug In File is in the right folder, The Lights and Probs are also there but in the Render Tab and in the Plug In Tab nothing - I can run Lux Render and Reality manually from the Application folder but then i am not able to render. Any help or idea? I cant register at the Pret a 3D Support Forum becaus of an error of the page.

    There's a dropdown menu at the top of the Render Settings tab, for selecting the render engine (e.g. 3Delight or Iray). When you get it installed, that's where Reality appears.

    Not for me, Reality only appears uder the Render menu  LuxRender (a different way of linking DS to LuxRender) appaers in the Render Settings dialog though.

    The same for me. I installed it like the installer asked for.

    I meant, of course, "LuxRender via Luxus" as the Render options dropdown item to specify render engine.

    Did you register it? I can't remember exactly where but you do have to enter a serial number at some point.

    Not registering shouldn't stop it appearing in Help>About Installed Plug-ins.

    When you installed Reality 4 did it ask you to put in your Name, Email Address, Order Number & Serial Number?
