infinito activation

I put in the code to activate infinito and it accepts the code and says you are set. However when I run Daz Studio it says you are not authoriized. I keep entering the code and it keeps doing the same, your activated but then when I open the program it says your not authorized. This is the first time in my life a program  said ok but then later said your not ok. Anyone out their expierienced this?

Did you activate it at the website too?

To activate INFINITO the first time, you will need to:

• Run INFINITO from the Create menu
• Activate following the information at: http://www.gm-studio.net/IF_activation.aspx

 

If you need more help, there may be something on the product page, if that doesn't work.

That is exactly what I did.

I used a cell phone to get the code and put it in manually. I decided to put the code in a notepad file. I then pasted it into  the activation window and that worked. I am sure someone out there knows why a paste works and manual does not.
