[daz studio 4.12] universal tool doesn't work

Hellow from japan.

I need help for my problem that is

Daz Studio universal tool doesn't work.

Rotate tool nor translate tool too, don"t work.

It seems that

Daz Studio goes to no responce

when cursol enters into Scene Pane.

A few second, cursor is still finger icon

after cursol enters into Scene Pane.

Then cursor icon changes to universal icon.

And so, cursol moves in Scene Pane area

Daz Studio goes to no responce.

When cursol moves out from Scene Pane area,

after few seconds, Daz Studio returns responce.

 

Now my PC is windows10 pro,

and daz studio pro 64bit 4.12.0.86.

 

I remember

windows7 pro + DS 4.10 worked good, at same PC.

The PC history are

DS 4.10 updated to DS 4.11 (still windows7)

DS 4.11 updated to DS 4.12 (still windows7)

windows7 update to windows10 (still DS 4.12)

 

Can anybody tell me the resolution?

What graphics card(s) do you have? If you have both an Intel GPU on the CPU and a separate nVidia or AMD GPU make sure that Daz Studio is set to use the separate GPU.

Thanks for your responce.

The PC's graphics device is

Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 on the CPU, only one. 

About drawing power,

as using the Parameters Pane rotation sliders,

the Scene Pane drawing responce is very quickly,

no problem.

My problem related to the mouse moving

on the Scene Pane, I think.

Can anyone tell me my next step?

Sounds like a driver problem.

- Download intel driver assistant from this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

- When installation is complete, right click the assistant icon on your tray bar, and check for updates.

- The same site will show up. Whatever is available, update them all. Follow site instructions.

- Restart your computer

- Finally return here with the results.

Following your procedure,

as the results,

my problem is resolved.

Now, universal tool, rotation tool and transfer tool

goes to work good.
