How to make G8M have the shape of a base Genesis?

I'm experimenting with transferring morphs across generations... I don't know much about the subject so my questions may be basic or confused.

Is there a way to make a G8M look exactly like an base Genesis?

I see in the data/daz 3d/genesis 8/male/morphs folder that there's "clone" morphs, I believe they're used for autofit?
Can I also apply these morphs somehow, making a G8M look like a Genesis (or a G2M, or a G8F, etc?)

You can transform a clone morph into a visible morph you can apply to your figure. However a clone morph for a figure may not be the same shape as that figure, that shape is sometimes modified in order to get a better fit for auto fitted clothes, so that may not give you the results you expect.

Can one make G8M look like Genesis with autofit clones, yes but they are not rigged for use. Also faces, hands and feet are not necessarily going to morph well between figures - different meshes, different rigging.

To make morphs between figures, in the first post of my tutorial thread there is [in large print] the tutorial for making V4/M4 autofit clones for the G8 figures. In the process one must make 'clothing' of each figure - that clothing is used to carry the morphs from one figure to another. I've used of them to make 'general' figure morphs for my own use. It is not a professional way of making morphs ;-)

Thanks for your answers... looks like I'll have to find a different way :/
