Aspect Frame.

Could someone please tell me how to change the Aspect Ratio Dimensions and a question please, does the size/shape of the Aspect Frame reflect the size/shape of the final picture?...........Thank you.

Generally speaking, the Aspect Frame shows the shape but not necessarily the size of the final render. You can set the ratio and the dimensions in the Render Settings tab under "General" - there are boxes to enter specific height and width and some pre-sets in a drop-down list too. These only affect the size if you do a render to new window/file, so don't affect the size in a spot render within your viewport.

Note that cameras can be set to use local dimensions (several products in the store come like this) which override the general ones you set.
ETA: If you don't like the ones the camera is using you can either modify the height/width by editing the Camera parameters, or uncheck the flag to not use these local dimensions (it will then obey the size/shape you set in Render Settings)
