HDR ProSets - Urban Storm (Error - HELP)

Goodnight everyone!

I need help, I bought the "HDR ProSets - Urban Storm" but when rendering the ground is white and the textures do not appear. HDR and others have always worked but this is not, please help.

    I don't have any of the "HDR ProSets", but it looks like you've got a untextured "plane" primitive in your scene blocking the view.
    If it's loaded by default, as a shadow catcher, I'd guess someone may forgot to flag it as invisible for the render.
    You may try and set the plane as "Visible in Render" from "On" to "Off" in the Parameters Tab (under "Display" and "Rendering") and give it another try.

    This has been reported and DT is working on getting it fixed.

    I have all the HDRI sets including this one and have the same problem as mentioned.
    I am sure that having purchased DT"s other products he will be addressing the issues.
    In the meantime,my workaround has been two fold, deleted the "white thing" or make
    it invisible.
    If you know about the problem correcting it is simple.

    This product's "ground part(shadow catcher)" is not right!

    yes and if you go to that thread I linked to you will find that the vendor knows of the issue.

    Just by adding a shadow catcher, the problem has been solved.
