@DeepSea Developer Stop changing Folders pls
I got now 2 products from Deepsea and both times are the Foldernames wrong... so PLEASE stop failing that, I dont want double folders which confuse me.
I have now in Runtime a Textures and a Texture and now I get in the Mainfolder Environments and Environment.
I hope you see this and.... will improve it.
So far I know it, when I simply move it away the files will not work, because the files itself have it inside written where to look, so the files would say its missing.
Having the problem now for a Shower Room and a Jungle setup.
Thanks...

Please file a Support ticket to Tech support. This is not something that can be dealt with on the Forums
Hmmm I assumed the creator would just see it and... could/would improve his work in the future... its just frustrating :/
There are a lot ov PAs who do not visit the forums. Part of being a Daz PA is the advantage of having the support system run by Daz, so they can concentrate on production.
Filing a ticket, with the details, would help you, other members, the PA etc etc. The forums were provided by Daz 3d for the members use.
But why not do it properly in the first place. Isn't there any quality check or at least proof reading between submitting a product and it's release?
There's a QA step, but as long as the product actually works I doubt they check what folder name the technical folders use, or if it's the same as for other products from that PA.
That is done at Daz, yes, so if something has slipped by then you are asked to file a ticket to tech support and they can get it sorted out. The forums are for member to interact with other members, Sometimes problems can be sorted out on the forums as there are some very knowledgeable people who post to the forums, but a technical issue with a product does need to be reported to Tech support by someone who has the prosuct and has been using it and can therefore describe the problem.
I'm not a big fan of contacting the support with all stuff... I prefer to contact the derp/ina who made that problem :/
I mean... do they not see that problem in theyre own library? :/
Right now I got a new Genesis 8 Females <- (with a s) folder, did open it and it had only a Hair folder.... I was first in panic, where the heck are my items.... and then I realized another derp did named it wrong .... so I closed it and found the Genesis 8 female under it.... shieet I was scared!
That isnt cool :/
Many vendors don't have English as their first language, and don't feel like dealing directly with customers therefore have no forum presence and will never see these threads. That's Daz where support comes in. They're the ones to contact with any issues you have with various products.
not the worst offender by far
some randomly use props, environments, figures, people multiple folders sometimes under product name other times under vendor name,
the only ones I would think worth complaining about are those who stick something under another figure's name such as an M4 item I have seen under G3M
if you check the documentation/'about' page for a product, you can find a link there that will show you all of the installed files' location. this is very helpful for finding content.
if you use a supported browser, the amazing DAZ-deals extension will put the link to that documentation page on the product page--which is easy to find if you go to your daz accounts page, and click on 'product library'.
daz studio's library is like a real library in that way. there will always be books stacked in strange places.
and if you want to resolve the issues, you'll have the best luck if you just talk to the librarians. the person who wrote the book you're having problems finding probably lives hundreds of miles away from the library.
I am german, so my first Language is German too ;)... in my eyes is it... a basic, if you get a Computer + internet, its kinda your... job/mission to learn english, learning "Internetlanguage" :P
The Internet is not a local thing in your village :)
(so far I know dazstudio also doesnt offer any languages, but I guess that is good, because normally I prefer to use all in German, but then I have problems with finding tutorials and/or when I make screenshots not everyone understand what the problem is and I have to translate it...)
The "Yuzuru Hair" had at my files the problem, that the main file was in the G8M->hair folder (in the main folder) and created in the hair folders a "Material" folder, so i had one random Material Folder with presets without knowing for which hair it was... but I figured it out, I don`t know how someone can... be so... I don't know how to name it, loveless with its own work?
and whats why I prefer to contact them here or via PM, instead of asking a random supporter who never see the files....
Many PAs don't use the forums or the message system here, so it's possible that your posts and messages will never be seen by the intended person and nothing will happen as a result. It depends on who you're trying to reach and whether or not they spend time on these forums. Contacting Daz support really is the most efficient and useful way to get such problems addressed. They can verify the issue and fix it themselves or, if it's something the arist needs to fix personally, they can contact the PA.![smiley smiley](https://www.daz3d.com/forums/plugins/ckeditor/js/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/regular_smile.png)

That is sad... so they will also not see our wishes for new products :( then, why do we even have a Feedback corner, if the creators dont really look into it :(....
life is full of little mysteries.
don't let it get you down.

Moved to rechincal Support as it is not a Product Suggestion. Please note that Product Suggestions is for threads suggesting products that the poster would like to see made, or asking if such a product already exists. It isn't for questions about existing products.
Hey, I know youre New here in the Forum :P
+ forgot to mark it. "EXISTING" products.
So... why was I wrong....
And think you not Chohole would move it if it was wrong here?... I doN't think that chohole is blind or something... hmmm your action confuse me Sir.
It is, I suppose, arguable - but it isn't how we are reading the forum purpose ("More doors that open, please" would be feedback on exsting products - "How can I make the door in the Toon Gangster Hideout open" would be a Technical Help thread).
Oh dear, you did make me laugh with this post.
"Hey, I know youre New here in the Forum :P" I laughed hysterically, Richard is our Forum Team Leader, that means he is my boss, and also has been a moderator longer than I have.
"And think you not Chohole would move it if it was wrong here?... I doN't think that chohole is blind or something... hmmm your action confuse me Sir." I can assure you that many is the time Chohole misses things like posts being made to the wrong forum. And Chohole may not be blind, but she does refuse to wear spectacles, and also would have to ask the rest of the team, including the team leader, first anyway. Mods do not operate unilaterally.
It was indeed a Joke on "you must be new", I saw his Post counter ;)....
So Chohole, can you explain me exact why you didnt moved it then? If it was wrong there?
And @Richard well... now I am more confused, i thought Feedback is Feedback :/
I try to find the best Forum :<
I think both Chohole and I use the list of recent posts, rather than going forum by forum, so it's very easy to miss that a thread is in the wrong place (and Product Suggestions does tend to suffer - I went through the first page or so yesterday after moving these and fond several more that needed to go elsewhere).
Product Suggestions is for stuff that doesn't, so far as the poster knows, exist yet or for more general suggestions; posts about stuff that does already exist goes elsewhere (though it's OK to say "more like this please", or "I would like a version of this with such-and-such different feature" in Product Suggestions since they are about new items).
