houses that have animations that make them impossible to use

I have purchased 2 different enviornments : Modern Rustic House and California Living Room . They both came with the house moving in animation walls and props move. This makes it worthless for any animating on my part., Is there some way to delete the animation that downloads with the product? looks like the designers moved walls and furniture in the timeline then saved it. one is by Digitallab3d and the other by Tesla3dcorp.

  • I don't have those sets, they shouldn't have aniamations stored that I can see so please report via support ticket. In the meantime, select the parts and Edit>Figure>Clear Animation has various options

  • I have a different one of Tesla3dcopr's environments and it has animation baked in as well.

    The only thing you can do is load the scene and delete each and every keyframe in it (which will take a while).

    mcasual has a script to delete all keys from all frames.  It's called mcjUnkeyframe.

    Tesla3Dcorp's stuff should never have passed Q&A as I find this on many of their sets

    I just got another one for free today so not worth putting in a ticket

    I would not pay for another one ever again

    yes I can fix it and will but that is not the point

  • Please put in a ticket if you find an issue. Even if you can fix it others may not be able to.

  • Wow i am sorry to hear that. It could be on my import side. I should fix that and see my other products. Please bear with me and I am really sorry about that. I hope you guys dont get mad. :-(

  • I am not into this forum everyday and did not post anything. I would like to improve my products so that others will like it too. I am admitting my fault on not checking before submiting to QA. I hope I can fix this asap. I will try this mcjUnkeyframe script and hope it works well. Again I am sorry if this cost you guys much. Thank you.

    you would think someone would load it and hopefully click the play scrubber

    This is an old thread so I expected to see a readme with resolved issues by now. I am considering buying the Futuristic Laboratory which was complained about a few posts up. Does anyone know if this issue was ever fixed? The readme states no resolved issues.

    No update in DIM, so it has not been corrected yet.

    Set timeline to frame 0. Expand everything in the scene, then simply select everything and memorize the pose, delete the animation, restore the pose.

    1) Posing tab -> Memorize -> Memorize Selected Item(s) Pose.

    2) Clear Animation -> Clear Selected Item(s) Pose.

    3) Restore -> Restore Selected Item(s) Pose.

    4) Save over the original (Scene Subset, for Futuristic Laboratory)
