Partial selection disabled somehow

Previously I could just click on model parts and move them to pose. Some time ago I lost this functionality, I don't know why. Now If I am clicking any part, only the entire model is selected. Of course I still can select in the Scene tab but this is not comfortable. How to bring parts autoselecting back?

In the Tool Settings pane make sure that the selection mode is set toRoot Node First or Node, I think it's currently on Root Node Only.
