Animation timeline takes up most of the screen real estate

See the attached picture. I cannot resize the timeline to make it smaller. I bet there is any easy fix, but I can't find it, can someone enlighten me?
Thanks,
Jim

If you place your cursor over the timeline a yellow line should light up, and the cursor change to an up/down arrow. You can then click and drag.
Thanks, but, It doesn't...
Actually, if I clear all tabs and start fresh, the line is there and I can resize. Once. If I switch from my Animation activity bar to my Main activity bar, and then go back to Animation, the Timeline resizes itself, and it is no longer possible to resize the timeline. I'm stuck with a tiny viewport for animation. This must be a bug others are experiencing, I am going to submit a bug report.
It is a known issue that some tabs don't work fine with others. I see you have extra tabs both in the viewport and the timeline, though I can't see what they are because your picture is too small even at full resolution. You may try closing the extra tabs and/or locating them elsewhere.
