Ruth's Redemption Loading Problem
I recently purchased the Ruth's Redemption Set https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files#prod_14742
It's listed as both DAZ and Poser compatable and has only 1 file to download.
When the model installs it's file path is Content>Runtime>Libraries>Characters>DzFire>ColonyDZ (although the files themselves are specifically labeled as DAZ Studio - this is a Poser Directory Structure)
However Runtime is a folder not visable from within DAZ Studio.
I tried copying the files to the Environments folder where it IS visable (and easier to find), but the set will not load - either by Double-Clicking it, or by Right-Clicking and selcting LOAD from the drop-down menu.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Yes it is a Poser set, and yes it can be seen and loaded in DAZ Studio. Do you have a path set up for the Poser Formats in your Library? If you do, Poser products will show up under the Poser Formats in the Content Library, in this case under Characters->DZFire->ColonyDZ. If not, open the Content Directory Manager (right-click on the Content Library tab). Under the Content Sets->Current Directories, expand the Poser Formats branch. If you install everything to the same place, copy the path from the DAZ Studio Formats, and Accept. You might need to refresh the Content Library. It may be in the same runtime folder, but Poser content is imported rather than loaded as native content, so it is handled differently.
Assuming you installed correctly (that Content folder should not be there, unless you content directory is named "Content") then they will be in the Content Library under Poser Formats>[content directory isntalled to]>Figures>DzFire>ColonyDZ
Yeah, I've been working in Poser for the last 10-15+ years - so I knew that looked like a Poser install - just started working with DAZ Studio last summer and there's a bit of a learning curve here. And yes, I do have my Poser directory in my DAZ Libraries folder. I was confused by the product being listed as both Poser AND DAZ compatable, and I understand it technically is - I know now it MUST be loaded out of a Poser install, instead of having 2 seperate files (1 for Poser Format, 1 for DAZ Format) as most bi-platform products do.
Thanks for the help guys!
