Mimic 3 Lite Problem

Ok so I have poser 6 and I know it is out of date but that's what I am working with. Anyway, I bought mimic 3 lite (first add on to poser I ever bought). I followed the tutorials online to make the poser 6 figures work with it and it seems to be working. The problem is I tried to add a wav file of someone talking which had no static and yet the lips are not moving with the voice right. It seems like the sound goes like it should but the animation is VERY sluggish. What do I need to do to fix this?
