Why do parts of some props become invisible when rendered in High Resolution using 3Delight?

I've noticed that a number of props purchased through DAZ 3D behave strangely when rendered using 3Delight.
In the attached screenshot, the chair on the left is a High Resolution object, while the chair on the right is the same object in Base resolution.
Why are parts of the High Resolution object invisible when rendered in 3Delight?

You mean converted to SubD? Is that soemthing that was supplied with SubD applied, or did you convert it yourself? If the frmer I would rport it as a possible bug. You may be able to fix the issue by going the Mesh Resolution group in the Parameters pane and setting the Edge Interpolation to Sharp Edges and Corners
Thanks, Richard for the quick response.
No, I did no conversion of the chair prop myself. This chair is rendered "as-delivered" by DAZ 3D in the product "The Red Crow Inn."
Your suggestion led me down the right path! It turned out not to be the "Edge Interpolation" setting but, instead, the "SubDivision Algorithm". If I changed from Catmark to Loop, the chair renders correctly in High Resolution.
I've never had to do this before for any products from DAZ 3D. Odd.
Whch version of DS s this? I've not seen any other reports of the issue, and a fair numbr of peoiple have the set.
Thanks, again, for the follow-up.
I'm running DAZ Studio 4.12.0.86 (64-bit) Pro Edition under Window 10 Pro Creators (64-bit-latest updates).
Very odd that nobody else has encountered this. The scenes in "The Red Crow Inn" are highly detailed, and most people may not notice the problems when rendering under 3Delight.
Hi, again, Richard.
I just tried DAZ Studio Public Build 4.12.1.40 and the same thing happens.
Screen-shots attached.
